What is an ideal customer experience from your point of view? How often are you well served? What is wrong with the companies, which cannot satisfy the driving force of their prosperity? One of the reasons is that information and services brands deliver rarely match the current customer needs. That happens either because of lack of live feedback from customers or comes from inability to process that feedback in the proper way. And the third one may be the absence of unified system, which can dramatically change the way company produces content, delivers it and tracks customer attitude to it.
